Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 2026 • Governing GreatDevOps, StudyHive, fetchDoctor, and related offerings
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website (greatdevops.com), subscribing to our software products (including StudyHive and fetchDoctor), or engaging our Cloud/DevOps consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a clinic, hospital, reading room, or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
fetchDoctor is an administrative practice management, scheduling, and electronic records documentation tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, clinical opinions, or emergency medical services.
Licensed healthcare practitioners retain sole and independent medical responsibility for all diagnostic conclusions, patient assessments, drug dosages, and prescriptions issued through the platform. Patients experiencing a medical emergency must contact local emergency services immediately.
2. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
GreatDevOps retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software code, trademarks, APIs, algorithms, user interface designs, and infrastructure blueprints powering GreatDevOps, StudyHive, and fetchDoctor.
3. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for all production SaaS applications and cloud architectures. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance, typically during low-traffic overnight hours (IST). We maintain automated multi-region backups and disaster recovery protocols to protect data integrity.
4. Subscription, Billing & Renewals
SaaS products are billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance. Failure to renew within grace periods may result in restricted access until the subscription is reinstated. Details regarding cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platforms.
- Circumvent multi-tenant security controls or access another customer's data.
- Send spam or unsolicited marketing messages via the integrated WhatsApp/SMS notification systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, GreatDevOps and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from loss of data, profits, clinic revenue, or business interruption. In all events, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
