This policy governs all visitors and users of our primary website (greatdevops.com) as well as users of our software-as-a-service applications, including:

• StudyHive (studyhive.greatdevops.com): Library management platform for paid study libraries and reading rooms in India.
• fetchDoctor (fetchdoctor.com): Practice and clinic management platform for healthcare providers and clinics.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect data necessary to provide and operate our services:

A. General Account & Inquiry Data

When you contact us, request a product demo, or register an administrative account: name, work email, phone / WhatsApp number, business or organization name, and billing information.

B. StudyHive (Library Application) Data

When libraries use StudyHive, the application processes student enrollment information (name, phone number, allotted desk/seat ID, shift timings, fee payment status, and attendance timestamps). This information is processed strictly on behalf of the respective library owner.

C. fetchDoctor (Clinic & Healthcare Application) Data

When clinics use fetchDoctor, the platform processes patient contact info, appointment schedules, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), diagnosis notes, and prescription history recorded by attending doctors.All patient health data is treated as sensitive personal data with restricted clinic-level access.

3. Strict No-Sale & Data Confidentiality Pledge

We act as a Data Fiduciary / Processor for your organization. Your data belongs entirely to you and your authorized customers.

4. Technical Security & Data Storage

• Encryption: All data transmitted over public networks is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Sensitive databases and storage volumes are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
• Cloud Location: Primary application servers and database backups are hosted in certified cloud data center regions located within India, honoring Indian data localization and sovereignty standards.
• Access Isolation: Multi-tenant isolation ensures that no clinic or study library can access another tenant's data.

5. Rights Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023)

In accordance with Indian law, you and your end-users ("Data Principals") have the following rights regarding personal data:

• Right to access an itemized summary of your processed personal data.
• Right to correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Right to erasure of personal data when no longer required for legitimate business or statutory purposes.
• Right to grievance redressal through our designated Grievance Officer.

6. Payment Gateways & Third-Party Processors

Subscription and customer invoice payments on GreatDevOps platforms are processed via RBI-authorized payment aggregators (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or Stripe). We do not store complete debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers. Financial transactions adhere to PCI-DSS compliance standards.
